Elf Lineage 

Ageless: Although elves appear immortal, they only live on average 70 – 100 years. The presumption of long life comes from a slowed aging process. Elves typically stop showing signs of aging between 25 and 35 years. Wrinkles, grey hair and other visible signs progress very slowly at age 80 elves still look to be in their 30s. 

Pathogen Resistance: Relating to the ageless appearance of Elves, they also seem to be resistant to common pathogens such as seasonal colds. Add +2 to disease Challenges. 

Agile Physic: Above average flexibly and reflexes allow Elves to move with higher degrees of mobility and react slightly faster than most others. Add +1 to DEX Challenges. 

Light Eater: Three day rations can be stretched to last for four days.

Metabolize Poisons: Elves tend to have larger livers and kidneys with a greater ability to process and break down some intoxicants and poisons. Add +1 to poison Challenge.
